When will this be released?
The new functionality will be released during the time period: 00.00-20.00 (GMT+2) October 30th. The service will be unavailable for both users and respondents during the same time period. We recommend you to wait with publishing new Quests or send reminders until after release.

Improved user experience
Quest Designer is redesigned and structured in order to improve your user experience. In general, Quest Designer has been updated with a new and improved user interface and work flow. Frequently used buttons are now more visible in the service. E.g. Save, Add Question and Add Page Break. The new work flow will make it easier and more user-friendly to navigate.
Improved Basic Routing
Basic Routing functionality is now easier to access within the service with, fewer clicks to set conditions and a more intuitive work flow. Basic Routing will now provide more visible and intuitive And/Or logic overview.
Advanced Routing - And/Or logic
Advanced Routing enables you to utilise And/Or logic between questions and alternatives. The Advanced Routing provides increased routing flexibility and allows creation of Quests with fewer questions, - and to thereby ask the right questions to right respondents at the right point within the Quest.
Routing using Respondent Data
Routing using Respondent Data can be used both with Basic and Advanced Routing functionality. Introducing Routing based on Respondent Data provides huge advantages for saving your respondents time and ensure higher data quality. This provides great value related to ongoing Quests as respondent data can be uploaded continuously.
Inline help – Question Type
The Inline help enables easier selection of the correct question type, ensuring the best possible feedback. "Mouse over" the different question types shows a preview pane explaining the question set up and gives best practice examples.
Improved Validation
Improvements to Quest Validation provides increased technical quality to Quests. During Quest creation the option for Validation is continuously available giving you control over Quest quality. For quality assurance of the content, we remind you to continue using the Quality Assurance service that QuestBack provides.
Increased Usability
Improved user interface and design with reorganized menu structure, dynamic, larger and adjustable work area, and increased used of icons will make QuestBack even more efficient, user-friendly and fun to work with. Drag & drop functionality and easily available icons provide a more flexible work experience. You can easily move, copy and delete questions and page breaks up and down in the questions list.
A more logical workflow gives an efficient use of the service. Functionality for Auto Save ensures that any changes made to your Quest are not lost.
Improved Security
3rd party general security test in order to make sure the QuestBack service fulfills the high security requirements. QuestBack run frequently security tests.
